1. At all times to carry out the work in a professional manner to cause the least noise and disturbance possible, to our customers and their immediate neighbours.

2. To endeavour to complete the work before the estimated work duration, however, at no time will the job be rushed to an extent where the quality of the finished design or product will or could be compromised.

3. We will conform to any necessary building regulations, or any other local authority or National regulations at all times, which have been obtained by the property owner.

4. To follow the instructions agreed in this quotation and to immediately inform the customer, or their agent, of any unexpected contingencies or necessary derivation from the work schedule agreed.
